PWL8324 HMS is a multi-functional frame with a bench. It enables doing a solid workout focused on upper body muscles.

A user can use a bar, handrails for so-called dips, a bench with extensive possibilities of adjusting its settings, supports (bars) for push-ups as well as hooks where one can place a barbell. All the elements enable doing a full and extensive workout for chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and abdominals.

PWL8324 HMS can be adjusted to individual preferences and to specific exercises. The bar is adjustable in terms of the height; the handles on the handrails can be extended which enables adjusting them to the size of a forearm. The bench can be set up in many different ways. One can incline the bench downward to train the abdominal muscles, as well as horizontally and upward, up to the right angle.
