Shipment and payment

Delivery is made through the Courier Service 

All shipments ordered by 12 noon will be delivered to the customer by 8 pm on the same day, provided that we have the ordered product in stock. Shipments ordered after 12 noon will be delivered tomorrow by 8 pm. The exception is the weekend, that is. shipments ordered on Saturday after 12pm are delivered on Monday.

Shipments are delivered to the recipient or authorized person, with confirmation of receipt. The shipment will be accompanied by our invoice, as well as the warranty (if what you ordered is subject to warranty).When the delivery is recived by someone in the recipients name the signature shall indicate the relationship towards the recipient.

Personal Pickup

If you do not want to bear the cost of delivery, you can pick up the ordered products in person. In this case, you need to pay for the item in advance, and bring proof of payment when you pick it up, or you can pay an advance so that we can reserve the product, and you can pay the rest directly at the store when you pick up the item.

Payment

Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer or via bank cards VISA, Master Card, Maestro.
