This resistance band is made of high-quality, durable and extremely elastic latex. For your comfort and safety, the band is placed inside a nylon sleeve that protects the rubber from any damage and therefore extends its lifespan. The size of the Velcro waist strap can be adjusted to fit any user. Using the steel snap hooks at the end of the bands, you can easily connect the resistant band and the waist strap together.
