The Resistance Band inSPORTline Striker Door is an effective accessory suitable for leg and core strength exercises. Consisting of two elastic bands with ankle straps and a door anchor, this set will help you improve explosiveness and fitness. All you need is a door – just put the anchor between the door and the door frame, or connect your ankles together using the bands and you can start exercising.
These resistance bands are made of high-quality, durable and extremely elastic latex. For your comfort and safety, the bands are placed inside nylon sleeves that protect the rubber from any damage and therefore extends its lifespan. The size of the Velcro ankle straps can be adjusted to fit any ankle while the carabiners on the cords ensure easy handling.
