With the Workout Bench inSPORTline Seal, you can get your body in shape at home! Thanks to its sturdy profile, the frame has a weight limit of 200 kg and therefore can withstand heavy use. Using the pin, you can adjust the height of the bench (from 85 to 115 cm), making it suitable for the whole family!

Don’t worry, though. You won’t have to lug the bench around as it features 2 transport wheels. You might also appreciate the barbell holder underneath the bench, in which you can place the barbell during the workout and/or store it there after you’re done. Apart from barbell/dumbbell exercises, the bench is also suitable for all kinds of jumps, lunges and other exercises.

Adjustable Height

The bench is high enough to allow you to lie on it and exercise with a barbell that is under you. This way you can strengthen your back muscles. You can adjust the height of the bench (from 85 to 115 cm), making it suitable for users with different body types.
